This was an easy and simple recipe from Pioneer Women. Her recipe did not call for shrimp, so I just added them in because I love shrimp stir fry. Lots of flavor and yummy vegetables! It is a must try! I used basmati rice with fresh cilantro.
Veggies I grilled in seasame oil and olive oil. I only used a little seasame oil because this oil is super flavorful. I grilled brocolli, zucchini, carrots, onions, red and yellow bell peppers, and chopped green onions.
The sauce as 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn starch, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, I add about 1/2 cup of water so the soy sauce was not so salty, 2 tbsp sherry wine, 2 squirks sirachi, and 2 tbsp brown sugar.
This recipe taste just like the shrimp and brocolli at the Chinese store. It was super delicious.
