We got KICKED in the BUTT!

I was beyond exhausted! It was our first day of school and Rayanna had to go to orientation at her school from 9am to 3pm. Getting is back in routine really kicked us in the BUTT. We are not use to getting up at 6am in the morning. The summer time had us going to bed late and getting up late. Even in homeschool we still work up around 8 or 9 am. The will have to wake up about 5:30 am to get ready for school so they can be on there bus on time.

Dinner was a killer for me. I m have to come up with a plan for this. I made fried turkey chops, red beans and rice, with green beans. Its was delicious. 💞Remember caring is sharing, if you enjoy our blog share with your family and friends. 💞

Yes 110* DEGREE Weather in Philly

Today was so hot, when you stepped outside you could hardly breathe. Its was very intense. I could not help but to think about my husband who has to walk over 40 blocks in this heat. Today we had to catch the bus to our evaluator because my husband had to do overtime. So me and Rayanna rode the bus to her house to get these homeschool evaluations done, it was not too bad because we only had to catch one bus.

Once my husband came home, he had a bundle of coupons for me, with great new. Next week at Shop Rite, Tide Simply Clean detergent will only be .99 a bottle. So I was super estastic to get a bundle of these lovely coupons, there was also some Barilla pasta, so I will stock up on that for the winter.

The house was really warm and hard to cook, or do cleaning, or laundry for that matter, so we made it a nice simply seafood night for dinner. We enjoyed sautéed shrimp, mussels, corn on the cob, broccoli and delicious blue crabs. Its was easy to prepare and not a lot of work involved. I did not bake a dessert so the kids ate leftover mini apple pies and brownies that I baked the night before. Now its time to get rest for the day with new adventures. Tomorrow is food shopping haul and our last day of summer school work. Next week I will be getting ready for the new year, and start my weekly planner for the boys.
